Admin Roles & What They Can Do
Tenant Admin
A Tenant Admin manages everything within their specific tenant or department.
They can:
Add and remove users
Assign permissions
Manage contacts
Manage organizers/hosts
Update company info and primary contact
View & manage group scheduled visitors
Run visitor reports
Create and manage messages for the tenant
Tenant Admins cannot:
Add guards
Configure kiosk settings
Maintain building-level watchlists
Edit stacking plans
Building Admin
Building Admins manage settings across the entire building.
They can do everything a Tenant Admin can, plus:
Add/remove guards
Manage building-wide watchlists
Update building information
Configure kiosk settings
Modify stacking plans (suite assignments, tenant leases)
Broadcast messages to all tenants
The Building Admin role is essential for security and building-wide visitor governance.
Security/Reception (Guards)
Guards do not have admin privileges.
They see:
Check-In tools
Watchlist alerts
Reports
Scheduled visitors
They cannot:
Change users
Update groups
Configure kiosks
Edit tenant/building settings
