Overview
Building-level settings give Building Admins full control over lobby operations, guard permissions, watchlists, and kiosk behavior.
Audience: Building Admins (tenant admins may have view-only access)
A. Managing Guards
Go to Building Admin.
Select Guards.
Drag a user from the left-hand users list into the Guards list.
Release to assign the user as a guard.
Tip:
A user must first exist in the Building Group to be assignable.
B. Creating & Managing Watchlists
Create a Watchlist
Go to Visitor Check-In → Watchlists.
Click New List.
Enter list name, description, type, instructions, and building.
Save.
Add a Person
Select the watchlist.
Click Add Person.
Enter first+nickname, last name, characteristics, and instructions.
Upload a photo.
Save.
Edit or Remove Watchlists
Click the watchlist → Edit → update or delete entries.
Add Notification Recipients
Click Edit.
Go to Notification List.
Add name, email, phone.
Save.
C. Configuring Kiosk Settings
Update Kiosk Text
Go to Building Admin → Kiosk Settings.
Edit welcome text, button labels, instructions.
Manage Features
Enable/disable walk-in check-in
Enable photo capture
Adjust style themes
Add thank-you screens
Save Settings
Scroll down and click Save Settings.
Tip:
Test kiosk changes immediately to ensure proper behavior.

Best Practices
Review watchlists weekly
Remove outdated watchlist entries for security accuracy
Restart kiosks daily for best uptime
Avoid over-customizing kiosk text to prevent visitor confusion
