SV3 Visitor provides a complete set of reporting tools to help you track visitor activity, audit building access, manage compliance, and understand traffic patterns.

Types of Data Available in SV3 Visitor
1. Visitor Log (Real-Time + Historical)
The Visitor Log is the live dashboard that shows:
Who is arriving now
Who has checked in
Who is currently inside the building
Who has checked out
Host assigned to each visit
Check-in method (kiosk or guard)
Guard who processed the visitor
This is the most commonly used tool for Security and Front Desk teams.
2. Visitor Reports (CSV Exports)
These downloadable reports include detailed information about all scheduled, completed, and walk-in visits.
Reports include:
Visitor name
Visit date & time
Host name
Company
Check-in time
Check-out time
Badge number
Visitor type (contractor, vendor, guest)
Tenant Admins see tenant-only data.
Building Admins see building-wide data.
3. Building Reports (Building Admin Only)
Building-wide reports include:
All tenants
All visitors
All security logs
Watchlist activity
Guard logs
Kiosk check-in logs
These reports are used for compliance, staffing, and security analysis.
4. Watchlist Activity Logs
Track all watchlist matches and alerts, including:
Timestamp
Watchlist name
Guard actions
Visitor details
Photos (if captured)
Built for security supervisors and building leadership.
5. Guard Activity Reports
Track guard check-in actions, including:
Who checked in each visitor
When
At which desk or kiosk
Any overridden actions
Used for guard accountability and daily activity summaries.
