Overview
Building-level reports provide visibility into all tenants, visitors, watchlist events, and guard activity. These are critical for security compliance and operational planning.
A. How to Generate Building Reports
Go to Visitor Check-In → Reports.
Choose your building from the dropdown.
Select Report Type, such as:
All building visitors
Visitors by tenant
Visitors by date range
Contractor/vendor reports
Floor/suite reports
Select date range.
Click Submit.
Click Download when the CSV is ready.
B. How to View Watchlist Logs
Go to Visitor Check-In → Watchlists.
Select a watchlist.
Navigate to Activity / Logs.
Review:
Timestamp of match
Guard handling the event
Visitor details
Photo (if captured)
Instructions followed or ignored
Download if needed for security review.
Used for:
Incident investigations
Daily security briefings
Compliance requirements
C. How to Generate Guard Activity Reports
Go to Reports.
Select Guard Activity.
Choose guard name.
Select date range.
Click Submit → Download.
Used for:
Tracking guard productivity
Performance reviews
Security incident audits
D. How to Access Kiosk Logs
Navigate to Kiosk Settings or Reports (varies by tenant).
Review:
Kiosk check-in volume
Kiosk uptime
Offline periods
Errors or failures
Used for:
Kiosk placement decisions
Troubleshooting self-service issues
High-volume traffic planning
