SV3 Go release — July 21, 2026

Vehicle check-in now requires both a driver's license scan and a license plate scan.

Warning: This release requires the SV3 Go iOS app to be updated. Guards should update SV3 Go before their next shift.

What's new

Guards using SV3 Go must now scan both the driver's license and the license plate before a vehicle can be permitted onto the property. Every visitor therefore has complete identification and vehicle records on file, and a driver's license scan can now match a driver to an existing approved record automatically.

Update the SV3 Go iOS app on every device before the next shift.

Known issue

License plate scans occasionally fail to populate for some state plates, depending on how the plate is oriented in the photo. This is under investigation. Plate information can be entered manually in the meantime.
