This release gives group users access to reports scoped to their own group and makes the Real Time Dashboard work on phones and tablets.
What's new
Group-based access to reports
You can now give users in a group access to the Reports page. They can download the Location Report and Activity Report, and each report shows only the activity for their own group. If a user belongs to more than one group, the report includes all of their groups. Administrators continue to see report data for all groups.
PLEASE NOTE: Group users see report data from the release date forward, so activity from before October 1, 2026 does not appear in their reports. This lets partner groups pull reports on their own event traffic at any time.
Real Time Dashboard on mobile devices
The Real Time Dashboard now adjusts to phone and tablet screens, so you can monitor activity while away from a desk.
Who this affects
Users who are assigned to a group but are not administrators will now see Reports in the side navigation. Anyone who uses the Real Time Dashboard on a phone or tablet will see the new layout. Users with no group and no administrator role still do not see Reports.
What you need to do
Nothing is required. To give a user access to their group's reports, make sure the user is assigned to the correct group in Settings.
Add the Real Time Dashboard to your iPhone or iPad Home Screen
To open the Real Time Dashboard quickly on a phone or tablet, you can add it to your Home Screen so it appears as an icon, like an app. Use Safari, since other browsers may use a different menu. Sign in to SV360 and open the Real Time Dashboard before you start.
- Tap the Share button, the square with an arrow pointing up. On iPhone it's at the bottom of the screen, and on iPad it's at the top right. If you don't see it on iPhone, tap the three dots next to the address bar first.
- Scroll down in the menu and tap Add to Home Screen. If you don't see it, scroll to the bottom, tap Edit Actions, and add it.
- Change the name if you want. This is the name shown under the icon.
- If you see a toggle labeled Open as Web App, leave it on for a full-screen view without the browser bar.
- Tap Add in the top right.
The icon now appears on your Home Screen. Tap it to open the dashboard. To move or remove the icon, press and hold it, then follow the on-screen options.
Also in this release
- The Temporary Access Form now shows help text reminding users to enter their legal name exactly as it appears on their identification and to enter the trailer's plate when pulling a trailer.
