SV3 Enterprise System Requirements

Check the browser, kiosk, printer, and badge label stock requirements for SV3 Enterprise.

Browser

• For SV3 Enterprise, we suggest you use a Chromium-based browser, such as Google Chrome.
  • Note: The browser must support TLS 1.2.

Kiosks

• SV3 Enterprise supports the following iPad types: any 9.7" iPad that can run the latest supported version of iOS, and the iPad 10.2" (7th generation) or newer.
• The SV3 Enterprise Kiosk app always supports the two latest iOS versions.
• The minimum supported iOS version as of August 2026 is iOS 17.

Printers

• Printing from a kiosk requires a Brother Badge Label printer. SV3 Enterprise currently supports:
  • Brother QL-710W
  • Brother QL-720NW
  • Brother QL-810W
  • Brother QL-820NWB
  • Brother QL-1110NWB
  • European derivatives of these models are also supported.

Badge label stock

• SV3 Enterprise uses the Brother Mobile SDK to print badges. This requires supported, authorized badge label stock, and you must specify the exact stock model when you print. Supported stock:
  • DK-2205 (62mm) continuous roll
  • DK-1234 (60mm x 86mm) roll
  • DK-1202 (62mm x 100mm) roll
