Show a Visit Type's name and its sign-in field labels in another language on the Kiosk.
Before you start
- You must be a Global Admin, or a Local Admin at the Location.
- Visit Types are set per Location. Translating a Visit Type here doesn't change a Visit Type with the same name at another Location.
- This form translates the built-in sign-in fields, such as Host and Phone Number. To translate a custom field, see how to translate a custom field.
Translate the Visit Type name
- On the Dashboard, click the Settings icon, then click Locations.
- Click the Edit (pencil) icon for the Location.
- Click the Visit Types tab.
- Click the Edit icon for the Visit Type.
- In Visit Type Details, click the Visit type name language list and select the language.
- In Visit type name, type the name as it should read in that language.
Translate the sign-in fields
- In Sign-In Fields, click the Sign-in fields language list and select the language.
- Click each field label you want to translate, and type the label as it should read in that language.
- Scroll to the bottom of the form and click Save.
Result
