Accept your invitation and create a password so you can use SV3 Enterprise.
Before you start
A Global Admin or Local Admin at your organization invites you to SV3 Enterprise. Global Admins and Local Admins manage your organization's SV3 Enterprise deployment.
You need the invitation email from no-reply@sv3.com. If you don't have an invitation and you need access, contact Building Intelligence Support at support@sv3.com and they can help you find your Global Admin or Local Admin.
Note: If you don't receive your invitation in a few minutes, please check your Junk or Spam folder.
Steps
- Open the invitation email and click Accept. The registration page opens.
- Enter a password that meets the requirements below.
- Confirm the password.
- Click Complete Your Registration.
Password requirements
Your password must be 6 to 18 characters and contain:
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character, except
<and>
Result
Your account is active, and your organization's SV3 Enterprise site opens.
