Setting or Resetting your Password

Set a new password when you forget yours or want to change it.

Before you start

You need access to the inbox for the email address you use to log in to SV3 Enterprise.

Steps

  1. On the Log In page, click Forgot Password.
  2. Enter the email address you use to log in to SV3 Enterprise.
  3. Select the CAPTCHA checkbox.
  4. Click Send. SV3 Enterprise sends a reset email to your inbox.
  5. Open the email and click Reset Password. The password page opens.
  6. Enter a new password and click 'Save Password'.

Note: CAPTCHA sometimes asks you to identify images, such as cars or street signs. This step protects your account.

Your new password must meet the same requirements as your original one: 6 to 18 characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character other than < or >.

Result

Your password is updated, and you can log in with it at your organization's URL.
