Each site controls whether vendors need an EIN, and deliveries can be checked in without picking a driver first.
What's new
Requiring an EIN when adding a vendor is now a setting each site controls, so admins can turn it on or off for their Campus without contacting support.
An approved delivery can now be checked in at an entry point without selecting a driver first.
Who this affects
Campus admins managing vendor records, and guards checking deliveries in.
What you need to do
Review the EIN setting for your Campus if you want to change the current behavior.
Also in this release
- Editing a single occurrence of a recurring delivery no longer sends the whole delivery back to a pending state for admins.
- A delivery that has already been checked out no longer appears in the SV3 Entry loading dock view.
- Vendor search in SV3 Entry now returns the same results as the web app.
