Inactive vendors are cleaned up automatically, and the scheduling advance window is configurable in Campus Settings.
What's new
Vendors inactive for a defined period are now removed from tenant associations on a schedule. Admins no longer run manual cleanup to keep vendor rosters accurate.
The delivery scheduling advance-hours limit is now set in Campus Settings. Admins can also customize the message shown when a delivery falls outside the allowed window, with no restart or engineering support needed.
Vendor create and edit forms now show field-level validation messages, and leading and trailing spaces are removed from person fields on submission to prevent save failures that are hard to diagnose.
Who this affects
Campus admins managing vendor rosters and scheduling policy, and anyone creating or editing vendor records.
What you need to do
Review the advance-hours limit in Campus Settings if the default does not match your policy.
