Loading docks can be limited to one active check-in per bay, and deliveries can be scheduled on a COI expiration date.
Warning: This release requires the SV3 Entry iOS app to be updated. Update every SV3 Entry device after the maintenance window completes.
What's new
Building admins can now set a per-loading-dock rule that prevents more than one vehicle from being actively checked into the same bay at once. With it enabled, operators see a validation message if they try to check into an occupied bay, which removes accidental double-occupancy and keeps dock throughput figures accurate.
Deliveries can now be scheduled on the day a COI or vendor approval expires. The system previously blocked scheduling one day early; the expiration date itself is now treated as a valid scheduling day.
Who this affects
Building admins configuring loading docks, guards checking vehicles into bays, and anyone scheduling against a COI deadline.
What you need to do
Update the SV3 Entry iOS app on every device. To limit bay occupancy, enable the setting on each loading dock that needs it.
