Bulk cleanup for inactive vendors, tighter tenant vendor search, and safeguards against backdated deliveries.
Warning: This release updates the SV3 Entry app on iPad. Update the app to keep driver's license scanning working.
What's new
Admins can now bulk remove inactive vendor associations with a cleanup tool. Filter by days since last delivery, select in bulk, and clear the list. Vendors are not deleted, so historical records stay intact.
Tenant vendor search now defaults to vendors assigned to that tenant, with the option to expand to all Campus vendors.
New validation prevents most users from scheduling deliveries in the past. Admins receive a warning; standard users are blocked from invalid dates.
Who this affects
Campus admins maintaining vendor rosters, tenants searching for vendors, and anyone scheduling deliveries.
What you need to do
Update the SV3 Entry app on every iPad. Driver's license scanning continues to auto-fill visitor details once updated. SV3 Entry is supported on iPad only.
