Turn on High-Risk Visitor Check-In Alerts for a Location so the users you choose get an email and a text message when a visitor is flagged at check-in.
Before you start
- You need the Local Admin or Global Admin role for the Location.
- Decide which users should receive alerts. You can choose any user at the Location.

Steps
- In the Navigation Panel, click Settings.
- Click Locations.
- Click Location Management.
- Click Edit next to the Location you want to set up.
- Click the Options tab.
- Under High-Risk Visitor Check-In Alert, move the toggle to Enable.
- Click the Select users(s) box, and then select each user who should receive alerts.
- Click Save.
Result
When a visitor is flagged at check-in at this Location, their status changes to Pending Approval and each selected user gets an email and a text message.
