The Business Summary is a high-level view of your organization in SV3 Enterprise: your headquarters address, how many Location licenses you have, who to contact about your account, and the logo that brands your visitor communications.
Where to find it
The Business Summary appears at the top of the Locations area. To open it, hover over the Settings icon on the left side of the window and click Locations. This is only accessible to Global admin users.
What it shows
Business
The Business section lists your organization's primary business address, or headquarters. It also shows your Total Licenses.
Each license covers one Location. You can have as many Locations as you have licenses. To add licenses, contact your Point of Contact or your SV3 Enterprise Contact.
Point of Contact
The Point of Contact is the person your organization chose as the owner of SV3 Enterprise. Contact them about account access, changes to your workflow, or changes to your account. The Point of Contact is a Global Admin and has access to every configuration option.
SV3 Enterprise Contact
The Support Contact is your organization's account manager at Building Intelligence. Contact them about licensing or to request an enhancement as well as Technical Support in some case.
Business logo
The Business logo is your company's logo. It appears on Kiosks, on Visitor Badges, and in emails SV3 Enterprise sends. A Global Admin can change the logo with the Edit (pencil) icon or remove it with the Delete (trash can) icon.
Why it matters
Check the Business Summary before you add a Location: if every license is in use, you need another license first. It's also the quickest place to find out who in your organization can grant access or change account settings.
