Register SV3 Enterprise as an app in Azure

Register an app for SV3 Enterprise in Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD/Entra) and copy the Application ID that SV3 Enterprise needs to connect.

Before you start

• You need an account that can sign in to the Azure Management portal and register apps.
• Have the URL where your SV3 Enterprise account is hosted. 

Steps

1. Sign in to the Azure Management portal.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, select Azure Active Directory.
3. Under Manage, select App registrations.
4. At the top of the screen, select + New registration.
5. In Name, enter a name for the app, for example SV3 Enterprise.
6. Under Redirect URI, select Web.
7. Enter the URL where your SV3 Enterprise account is hosted.
8. Select Register.
9. In the list of applications, select the app you registered.
10. Copy the Application (client) ID, and save it somewhere you can find it later.

Result

The app is registered and you have the Application ID. Next, grant Microsoft Graph permissions to the app.
