About Host Email Notifications

As a host, you get an email from SV3 Enterprise when a visit is scheduled for you and again when your visitor checks in, so you know who is coming and when they arrive.

When a visit is scheduled

The host receives an email as soon as a new visit is scheduled. It includes:

• Your business logo
• The host's name and a line saying a visit has been scheduled
• A map of the Location and the Location's name
• The date and time of the visit
• The visitor's name, under Your Visitor

When your visitor checks in

When the visitor checks in, the host receives a second email saying the visitor has been Checked In. It shows the same details: the Location, the date and time of the visit, and the visitor's name.

Text message alerts

You can also get a text message when your visitor checks in. Each user turns this on for themselves in their profile. See how to edit your profile.
