When a visit is scheduled, SV3 Enterprise emails the visitor automatically with everything they need to arrive and check in.
What the email contains
The visitor invitation email includes:
- Your business logo
- The visitor's name and a line telling them a visit has been scheduled
- A map and the address of the Location
- The scheduled date and time of the visit
- Your Custom Email Message, if the Location has one. If not, this line is blank.
- The host's name and contact details, with a reminder to contact the host if the visitor can't make the visit
- A QR code the visitor can scan at the Kiosk for a faster check-in, if QR code check-in is turned on
What you control
You can change two parts of the email for each Location:
- The custom message. Add instructions, such as where to park or what to bring. See how to add a custom message to visitor emails.
- The QR code. The QR code works only if the Search scheduled records on check in option is turned on for the Location's Kiosk, on the Kiosks tab. See how to configure an existing Kiosk.
The logo, map, and address come from your account and Location settings. To change them, change your business logo or edit the Location's details.
