Turn on a background check provider

Connect SV3 Enterprise to an external watchlist provider so every visitor is screened automatically.

Before you start

• You must be a Global Admin.
• Have your account credentials for the provider. 
• Screening applies to every Location in your account. See what background check screening does.

Steps

1. Point to the Settings icon on the left side of the window, and then click Integrations.
2. Click Configure for Background Check.
3. Scroll to the section for your provider.
4. Click the slider to turn on the integration.
5. Enter your account credentials for the provider.
6. At the bottom of the page, click Save.
7. Click Test Connection for the provider to confirm your credentials are correct.

Result

The connection test succeeds, and SV3 Enterprise screens every visitor against the provider's lists. A visitor with a potential match gets the Pending Approval status.
