Edit a Kiosk Template

Update a Kiosk Template's name, logo, welcome image, or welcome message. Every Kiosk that uses that template shows your changes.

Before you start

• You need the Global Admin role.
• New images must be JPG or PNG files in the RGB color space.
• The Company Logo can be up to 162 pixels wide and 46 pixels high.
• The Welcome Image can be up to 768 pixels wide and 416 pixels high.

Steps

1. Hover over the Settings icon on the left side of the window.
2. Click Global Settings.
   
3. Click the Edit icon for the template you want to change.
4. To rename the template, enter a new name in the Template Name field.
5. To change the logo, click the text "Select a different image", and browse for the replacement logo on your PC.
6. To change the Welcome Page Image, click the text "Select a different image", and browse for the replacement file on your PC.
7. To change the Welcome Message, enter the new text in the text box.
8. Click SAVE.

Result

The template is updated. The logo appears in the header of every Kiosk screen, and the welcome image and message appear on the Kiosk Home Screen until a visitor taps Start.

Troubleshooting

• The new image won't save. Check that the file is a JPG or PNG in the RGB color space and within the size limits above.
