Delete a Visit Type

Remove a Visit Type that a Location no longer uses.

Before you start

• You need the Global Admin or Local Admin role.
• If any visits are already scheduled with the Visit Type you delete, they change to the Location's default Visit Type. You can't delete the default Visit Type until you set a different one as the default.

Steps

1. Hover over the Settings icon on the left side of the window.
2. Click Locations.
3. Click the Location.
4. Click the Visit Types tab.
5. Click the Delete (trash can) icon for the Visit Type.
6. Click OK to confirm.

Result

The Visit Type no longer appears on the Location's Visit Types tab.
