Collect state of residency for a Visit Type

Ask visitors with a Visit Type to select their state of residency when they check in.

Before you start

• You need the Global Admin or Local Admin role.

Steps

1. Hover over the Settings icon on the left side of the window.
2. Click Locations.
3. Click the Location.
4. Click the Visit Types tab.
5. Click the Edit icon for the Visit Type.
6. Turn on Capture visitor's state of residency.
7. Click SAVE.

Result

Visitors with this Visit Type select their state of residency when they check in.
