When the Watchlist flags a visitor, SV3 Enterprise emails the Location's Security Officers so someone can review the visitor before they're let in.
Who receives it
Every user with the Security Officer role at the Location receives the Watchlist email notification. It's sent automatically each time a visitor is flagged against the Watchlist. To add someone to the recipients, assign them the Security Officer role.
What the email contains
- Your business logo
- The visitor's photo, if one is available
- The visitor's name and a message that the visitor didn't pass screening
- A prompt to go to the Dashboard to approve or deny the visit
- The visitor's email address, if one is available
- The Location's name
- The date and time of the visit
What to do next
A flagged visitor has a status of Pending Approval until someone approves or denies them. A Security Officer, Local Admin, or Global Admin can make that decision; a Receptionist can't. See how to approve or deny Pending Approval visitors.
