Print guest Wi-Fi credentials on the Visitor Badge

Add guest Wi-Fi credentials to the Visitor Badge for a Visit Type, so visitors get their Wi-Fi details when they check in.

Before you start

• You must be a Local Admin for the Location, or a Global Admin.
• Turn on guest Wi-Fi for the Location.
• Visit Types are set up per Location. Repeat these steps for each Visit Type that should print Wi-Fi credentials.

Steps

1. Point to the Settings icon on the left side of the window, and then click Locations.
2. Search for or select the Location.
3. Click the Visit Types tab.
4. Click the Edit (pencil) icon for the Visit Type.
5. Scroll to the Visitor Badge section.
6. In one of the drop-down lists, select Guest WiFi.
7. At the bottom of the page, click SAVE.

Result

Visitor Badges printed for this Visit Type include the visitor's guest Wi-Fi credentials.
