Save the visitors on the Dashboard to a CSV file you can open in a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel.
Before you start
- Open the Dashboard for the Location you want to download.
Steps
- Click the download (arrow and tray) icon in the top-right corner of the visitor list.
- If your browser asks where to save the file, choose a folder and click Save.
Result
The file saves to the folder you chose or to your browser's default downloads folder. On Windows, that's usually C:\Users\<your user name>\Downloads. The file name starts with the date in YYYY-MM-DD format, for example 2026-02-28_SV3_Enterprise_Visitors.csv.
What's in the file

Id: a unique identifier for the visitor. [CONFIRM: whether the Id identifies the visitor or the visit] -
LocationName: the Location the Dashboard was downloaded from. -
Status: the visitor's current status. -
StatusChangeTime: the date and time of the most recent status change. -
HostFirstNameandHostLastName: the host's name. -
VisitTypeName: the Visit Type. If no Visit Type was assigned, the Location's default Visit Type appears. -
FirstNameandLastName: the visitor's name. -
Email,Phone, andCompany: the visitor's details. -
ScheduledStartTimeandScheduledEndTime: when the visitor is expected to check in and check out.
