Filter the Dashboard by visitor status

Choose which visitor statuses appear on the Dashboard, so the list shows only the visitors you need to see.

Before you start

• A filter hides visitors from the Dashboard view. It doesn't change or remove any visits.
• You can show or hide any of the six statuses: Scheduled, Checked In, Checked Out, Cancelled, Pending Approval, and Denied. To learn what each one means, see how visitor statuses work.

Steps

1. On the Dashboard, click the filter (funnel) icon above the visitor list. The Filters list opens.
   
2. Select the check box next to each status you want to show.
3. Clear the check box next to each status you want to hide.

Result

The visitor list shows only visitors whose status is selected in the Filters list. For example, if only Scheduled and Pending Approval are selected, visitors who are Checked In, Checked Out, Cancelled, or Denied are hidden.
