Visitor flagged after their visit was scheduled

Make sure a visitor who became high-risk after you scheduled them is checked again before they arrive.

Problem

A visitor was added to a compliance list after their visit was scheduled, and no high-risk alert was sent when they checked in. This also happens with a Recurring Visit when the visitor becomes high-risk between visits.

Cause

Background checks for a scheduled visit run when the visit is created. At check-in, only Family Watchdog runs again. A change to the visitor's risk after scheduling isn't picked up by the other checks.

Fix

1. Cancel the visitor's existing scheduled visit.
2. Schedule a new visit for the visitor.

The new visit runs all background checks. If the visitor is flagged, their status becomes Pending Approval.
