SV3 Enterprise sends emails automatically at key moments in a visit, so visitors, hosts, and security staff know what's happening without checking the Dashboard.
The notifications
Each notification goes to a set recipient when a specific event happens. Some you can customize; the rest send as they are.
| Notification | Who receives it | When it's sent | What you can set |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visitor invitation | The visitor | A visit is scheduled | An optional custom message, per Location |
| Host visit scheduled | The host | A visit is scheduled | Nothing |
| Host arrival | The host | The visitor checks in | Each user can add a text message version of the alert by turning on Receive SMS notifications in their profile |
| Watchlist | Users with the Security Officer role | A visitor matches the Watchlist | Who holds the Security Officer role |
| Foreign visitor | The email address on the Location's Options tab | A visitor whose citizenship differs from the Location's country checks in | The recipient address; requires Capture visitor's citizenship on the Visit Type |
| Signed documents | The email address on the Location's Options tab | A visitor signs a document at check-in | The recipient address |
| User invitation | A new SV3 Enterprise user | You add the user and choose to invite them | Whether to send it |
Where the settings live
Most settings you control are on each Location's Options tab, so two Locations can send different custom messages or alert different addresses. The business logo in every email comes from the Business Summary and is the same for all Locations. Profile settings, such as text message alerts, belong to each user.
