Turn Off Automatic Checkout

Stop the daily automatic checkout at a Location so visitors stay Checked In until someone checks them out.

Before you start

• You need the Global Admin role, or the Local Admin role at the Location.

Steps

1. Hover over the Settings icon on the left side of the window.
2. Click Locations.
3. Search for or select the Location.
4. Select the Options tab.
5. Scroll to Automatic Checkout and select Disable from the drop-down list.
6. Click Save.

Result

Visitors at the Location are no longer checked out automatically. They stay Checked In until they check out at the Kiosk or a user checks them out from the Dashboard.
