Give a user a role at another Location so they have the right permissions there.
Before you start
- You need the Global Admin or Local Admin role. A Local Admin manages users for their assigned Location or Locations.
- A user can hold a different role at each Location. For example, a user can be a Standard User at one Location and a Security Officer at another.
- A Global Admin can schedule, check in, and check out visitors at any Location without a role there. Give a Global Admin a role at a Location only if they need to be a host there.
Steps
- Point to the Settings icon on the left side of the window.
- Click Users.
- Click the user.
- Click Add Location and Role.
- Select the Location.
- Select the Role.
- Click SAVE.
Result
The user has the new role at that Location.
