Credential IDs can now generate on their own, and several dashboard and import issues are fixed.
What's new
You can now configure the Credential ID field to generate automatically in the background, without showing it on the Visit Type form. Generated IDs no longer have to run in sequence.
Who this affects
Global Admins and Local Admins managing access control integrations, and anyone checking visitors in at a Location where credentials are issued.
What you need to do
Nothing is required. To turn on auto-generation, open the Visit Type where you want it and enable the Credential ID setting. Non-sequential numbering removes the need to type credentials at check-in and gives access control integrations more flexibility in how IDs are assigned.
