High-Risk Visitor Check-In Alerts notify designated personnel by email and SMS when a visitor flagged by a Watchlist or background check attempts to check in. The alert fires in real time and does not interrupt the check-in itself.
Who this affects
Security Officers and anyone designated to receive check-in alerts. Front desk staff see no change to their workflow.
What you need to do
Choose which personnel receive the alerts in your Location settings. Because the alert routes around the front desk, security teams can respond without slowing standard check-in.
