SV3 Enterprise 4.8.0 release — April 5, 2025

Visitors can now be shown a required video or PDF during check-in.

Warning: Video and PDF custom fields require the SV3 Enterprise Kiosk App at version 4.8.0 or later. Using these fields on an earlier version produces errors during check-in.

What's new

You can show visitors an MP4 video or a PDF during Web Kiosk check-in, and mark that content as required. The system records whether each visitor watched or read it.

Who this affects

Local Admins responsible for safety briefings, compliance acknowledgements, or contractor onboarding, and the visitors who complete them.

What you need to do

Add the video or PDF as a custom field on the Visit Type that needs it, then set Days to Remember to control how often a repeat visitor sees it again.

A few things to know:

• Responses pre-fill for repeat visitors, in non-touchless mode only.
• Content is skipped for Touchless Mode and for Dashboard check-ins.
• Watch and read status appears in the Visit Detail view.

• Fixed a bug that prevented some users from logging in after a password reset.
