Release 4.15.0 - Web & Kiosk App
Release Date: September 17, 2026
Release Summary
Version 4.15.0 is a hardening and usability release spanning the web app and the kiosk app. The headline enhancements are notes displayed in the web app at check-In, a calendar and email reliability push, and a round of kiosk modernization including a new diagnostic screen.
New Features
Visitor notes now appear automatically at check-in
VIP, destination, and visit notes are now shown to your staff automatically when a visitor checks in, in a single dismissible window. Only the note types that apply to that visitor appear, and if there are no notes, nothing is shown.
Calendar invitations for hosts
Hosts now receive a calendar file with their copy of a visitor invitation, so the visit can be added directly to Outlook, Google Calendar, or another calendar application. A problem that made the visitor's calendar file unusable has also been corrected.
Kiosk diagnostics screen with easier to understand error messages
When a badge fails to print, you can now access a diagnostics screen, which will display the connectivity status and a full error log, so your team can resolve common issues faster.
Additional improvements
Easier-to-read check-in and scheduling forms: Field labels in the check-in and scheduling windows now display in full instead of being cut off, with a wider three-column layout.
Improved ID scanning on the kiosk: The kiosk ID scanner has been upgraded to the current version, maintaining support for evolving state ID and Real ID formats.
Self-registration duplicate notifications corrected: Visitors using a self-registration link can no longer trigger a duplicate notification by clicking Continue a second time.
Kiosk settings save reliably: Saving kiosk settings no longer produces an unsaved-changes warning after the change has already been saved.
Directory sync correction: Users removed from your directory can now be re-added with the same account without producing a duplicate error.
