Video playback in pre-registration is fixed, and custom field ordering now matches the Kiosk.
Warning: Video and PDF custom fields require the SV3 Enterprise Kiosk App at version 4.8.1 or later. Using these fields on an earlier version produces errors during check-in.
What's new
Some video URLs failed to play during pre-registration. That is resolved. Pre-registration now shows videos first, then PDFs, then all questions on a single page. Each video and PDF field gets its own page; question fields are grouped together.
Who this affects
Visitors completing pre-registration, and the Local Admins who configure custom fields.
What you need to do
Update the SV3 Enterprise Kiosk App to version 4.8.1 if you use Video or PDF custom fields.
Tip: Fields sort alphanumerically within each section. To control the order precisely, prefix custom field names with numbers.
