Security Officers can now see why a visitor is prohibited, and check in VIP and Pre-Approved visitors directly from their record.
What's new
New indicators show Security Officers why a visitor appears on the Prohibited Visitors Watchlist. The guard popup states clearly when someone on the Prohibited list has entered the facility, and a new Dashboard icon shows which visitor is Pending Approval and why.
VIP and Pre-Approved List visitors can now be scheduled and checked in from within their own record, carrying over an existing photo.

What you need to do
Nothing for the Watchlist indicators.
Warning: The default no-reply email domain has changed. Ask your IT administrator to allowlist sv3.com email addresses so notifications are not blocked.

- Email delivery moved to SendGrid for faster, more reliable notifications.
- Pending Approval emails now state when a Prohibited List visitor was flagged.
- Front-end components updated to Angular 16.
