SV3 Enterprise 4.4.0 release — November 2024

Pre-Approved companies, an immediate prohibited-match alert, and last visit date on the badge.

Warning: This release requires the SV3 Enterprise Kiosk App to be updated.

What's new

The Pre-Approved List now accepts a Company entry type, so you can pre-approve an entire company rather than named individuals. Security Officers also receive an immediate visual alert on the Dashboard when a check-in attempt matches the Prohibited List.

Who this affects

Security Officers working the Dashboard, and Local Admins maintaining Watchlists.

What you need to do

Update the SV3 Enterprise Kiosk App before this release takes effect.

To receive prohibited-match alerts, open Options and turn on Pending Approval Notice. Without it, the alert does not appear.

• Last visit date can now be shown on the badge.
• New users added to an Azure AD "All Locations" group now sync to all Locations.
• Fixed a screen lock that occurred when the ID scan window was left open too long.
