A new Watchlist type holds Pre-Approved Visitors, letting you save visitor details in advance so a Receptionist or Security Officer can schedule them quickly.
Every Watchlist type now supports expiration. Set a record to never expire, or to expire on a specific date, to meet compliance or company policy requirements.
Who this affects
Security Officers and Receptionists scheduling frequent visitors, and Local Admins responsible for Watchlist hygiene.
What you need to do
Nothing. Review existing Watchlist records if you want expiration dates applied to them.
Also in this release
- Email, phone, and company fields added to the Prohibited, VIP, and Pre-Approved Watchlists.
- All Watchlists now share the same layout, fields, import and export options, and matching standards.
