SV3 Enterprise 3.34.0 release — December 2022

Force a Visit Type into Pending, assign a single approver, and print through the Print Service.

Warning: This release requires the SV3 Enterprise Kiosk App to be updated.

What's new

A Visit Type can now be set to send every checked-in record into Pending automatically. This suits an unstaffed Kiosk receiving deliveries or vendors.

You can also name one Security Officer to approve all visits created by the Standard User role, instead of notifying every Security Officer. Select Approve all visits created by the Standard User role, then enter the officer's name in the field that appears.

Who this affects

Local Admins configuring approval workflows, and the Security Officers who receive the notifications.

What you need to do

Update the SV3 Enterprise Kiosk App.
