The Web Kiosk arrives in beta, a VIP Watchlist joins the Prohibited list, and reports leave beta.
What's new
The first version of the Web Kiosk is available in public beta. It runs in a browser, with no iPad required. Select Web Kiosk from the Kiosk tab dropdown to activate it.
The Web Kiosk handles registration, searching for scheduled visitors by email or phone number, viewing and signing documents, and visitor photos. It does not yet scan QR codes.
A VIP Watchlist now sits alongside the Prohibited Visitors list, and notifies you when a VIP is scheduled and when they arrive.
Who this affects
Local Admins evaluating a browser-based Kiosk, and Security Officers and Receptionists preparing for VIP arrivals.
What you need to do
Nothing. Report any Web Kiosk issues to support while it is in beta.
Note: The Web Kiosk uses the Location branding image.
