SV3 Enterprise 3.31.0 release — August 2022

Security Officers get SMS approvals, and visitor approval policies become configurable.

Warning: This release requires the SV3 Enterprise Kiosk App to be updated to version 3.31.

What's new

Security Officers now receive an SMS on their mobile device, in addition to the approval email, when a record needs approval.

Visitor approval policies can be tuned to one of several options:

• Disable visitor approvals.
• Approve all Location visitors, setting every visitor to Pending Approval.
• Approve all visits created by the Standard User role.

Foreign visitors now enter Pending Approval on check-in. Previously the system only notified the Security Officer.

Security Officers approving visits, and Local Admins setting approval policy.

What you need to do

Update the SV3 Enterprise Kiosk App from the App Store, then review your approval policy against the options above.
