Learn what each control on the SV3 Enterprise Dashboard does, so you can manage current and upcoming visitors at your Location.
What the Dashboard is for
The Dashboard is where you manage visitors for a Location. From it, you can schedule a visit, check in a visitor who is here now, and approve visitors who are Pending Approval. Each Location has its own Dashboard.
Header controls
- Search: look up visitor records in the dashboard
- New Visit: schedules a new visit or checks in a visitor.
- The Location selector: switches the Dashboard to another Location.
Visitor statistics
Four widgets across the top of the Dashboard show visitor counts for the Location:
- Current Visitors: the number of visitors who are Checked In now.
- This Month's Visitors: the number of visitors checked in so far this month.
- Month's Daily Avg. Visitors: the average number of visitors per day for the current month.
- Last Month's Visitors: the number of visitors who checked in last month.
To show or hide the widgets, click the eye icon next to Show widgets.
Visitor list tools
- Search Records: finds a visitor as you type their name.
- The calendar: shows today's date by default. Click the arrows on either side of the date to move to a past or future date.
- The filter (funnel) icon: shows or hides visitors by status. See how to filter the Dashboard by visitor status.
- The column (columns with a plus sign) icon: adds or removes columns in the visitor list. See how to show or hide Dashboard columns.
- The download (arrow and tray) icon: saves the current Dashboard as a CSV file. See how to download the Dashboard.
Note: Search results include only visitors whose status is shown by the filters and who fall on the date the calendar shows. If you can't find a visitor, check both.
The visitor list
The list shows the visitors for the date on the calendar whose status matches the filters. Each row has these controls:
- The Status button: click its arrow to change the visitor's status. See how to change a visitor's status.
- The More (three dots) icon: schedules a new visit for the same visitor or prints their Visitor Badge. To print from the Dashboard, first set up the Brother 820 NWB printer and pair it with SV3 Enterprise.
Below the list, the Show drop-down list sets how many entries appear on each page.
