Add or Change Your Business Logo

Upload your business logo so your brand appears on the emails and Visitor Badges SV3 Enterprise produces.

Before you start

• You need the Global Admin role.
• Have your logo ready as a PNG or JPG file, no wider than 460 pixels and no taller than 105 pixels.

Your business logo appears in:

• Emails to visitors about a new visit
• Emails to hosts when their visitor checks in
• Emails to Security Officers when the Watchlist flags a visitor
• The footer of the Visitor Badge

Steps

1. Hover over the Settings icon on the left side of the window.
2. Click Locations.
3. In the Business logo section, click the Edit (pencil) icon. The Your Business Logo box opens.
4. Click Select File and choose your logo file. You can also drag the file from your computer into the box.
5. Click SAVE. To discard your changes instead, click Cancel.

Result

Your new logo shows in the Business logo section and is used in new emails and Visitor Badges from then on.
