Overview
SV3 Visitor is the platform used to schedule guests, send invitations, manage check-ins, and maintain secure access control for your building or tenant space. This guide covers how to log in, create an account, reset your password, and troubleshoot common issues.

How to Log Into iVisitor
Open your browser (Chrome recommended).

Go to your building’s unique login URL:
https://[subdomain].sv3.usor
https://[subdomain].sv3.com
Enter your work email and your password.
Click Sign In.
If you do not know your subdomain, contact your building administrator or Support.
How to Activate Your Account
Some buildings require a first-time activation.
You will receive an email titled “Welcome to SV3”.
Open the email.
Click Create Password.
Set your new password (8+ characters recommended).
If you never received a welcome email, see the troubleshooting section below.
How to Reset Your Password
On the login screen, click Forgot Password.
Enter your work email.
Check your inbox for the reset link.
Follow the instructions to create a new password.
Troubleshooting Login Issues (SV3 Visitor)
1. You are not receiving the reset email
Check spam/junk/quarantine folders
Make sure no-reply@sv3.com is not blocked
Verify the email address used is correct
If using Outlook, check the “Other” tab
Ask your IT to whitelist SV3 email domains (sv3.us or sv3.com)
Support can also check for any suppressed or bounced messages.
2. “Email does not exist” or “User not found”
You may not have an account yet.
Contact your Tenant Admin or Support to confirm your email is added to the system.
3. “Incorrect password”
Reset your password and try again.
If the issue continues, try in incognito mode.
4. The page won’t load
Clear cache/cookies
Try a different browser
Ensure your network allows access to
