Hosts & Tenant Admins — Steps to Invite a Visitor
Click Schedule Visitor from the left menu.
Enter Event Details:
Visit Summary (Title)
Location/Floor
Optional Notes (visible to visitors)
Date, Time, Duration
Optional recurrence (weekly/monthly)
Add Visitors:
Enter full name, email, mobile, company, visitor type
If returning, their profile auto-fills
Add additional organizers if needed.
Click Submit to send the invitation.
What the visitor receives:
A QR code (if enabled), date/time, host name, and check-in instructions via email/text.
Building Admin Differences
Must first select the correct tenant/group from the top-right drop-down before starting the invite.
Can schedule visits for any tenant in the building.
Best Practices
For groups larger than 5, always use a Guest List upload instead of multiple single invites.
Ensure the Host exists in the tenant before sending (a common cause of notification issues).
Use recurrence for contractors or frequent visitors to prevent duplicate profiles.
